What are your rates? What do you charge?

I don't charge a flat hourly rate because every project is different. All my pricing is quoted upfront based on your needs, budget, and project scope. Prices will be disclosed once we discuss every detail of the project in depth. As my client you will know the full project cost from the very start.

How do payments work?

In order for me to get started I will need at least a 50% down payment of the total proposed budget.
The remaing balance will be paid in full upon approval of the final design.

How do I pay you?

At the moment I accept PayPal or Squarecash. I'm also open to other forms of payment. In the future I will have more payment options.

Can we sign a contract?

Yes absolutely. This is the first thing we will need to go over. Having a simple contract will protect both you and me. The contract will specify my terms and conditions and what we should be able to expect from each other during the design process. I will send over a simple and easy to understand contract from SignatureConfirm.com.

Do I receive full ownership rights of the artwork?

Yes, of course. Once payment is made in full and final artwork is approved I will transfer all ownership rights over to you. You will have full privilege to use it however you want. I will still reserve the right to display the artwork here on my website and share it on social media.

What is your turnaround time?

While it's hard to put a time frame on a great design. My typical turnaround time is 3-5 business days. Although rare, it could extend up to 3-4 weeks. It really depends on the client's feedback and response time.

What sort of files will I receive once everything is approved and finished?

I usually provide all my clients with a high quality JPEG, a PNG with a transparent background, a PDF file, plus whatever file type is additionally requested. If you require specific file types please let me know and I will provide them to you.
